By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Important: These terms are designed to protect both patients and our healthcare professionals. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Service Description
Our Services Include
- Professional home nursing care provided by qualified and trained nurses
- Post-operative care and recovery support
- Chronic disease management and monitoring
- Elderly care and assistance with daily activities
- Pediatric nursing care
- Medication administration and management
- 24/7 emergency nursing services (subject to availability)
- Health monitoring and vital signs tracking
Service Agreement & Booking
Terms of Engagement
- All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email
- Service availability is subject to nurse availability and geographic location
- A detailed assessment will be conducted before service commencement
- Services are provided based on the care plan agreed upon with the patient/family
- Minimum booking duration and charges apply as per service type
- Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency services are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
Patient & Family Responsibilities
Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete medical history and current health information
- Ensure a safe working environment for our nursing staff
- Treat our healthcare professionals with respect and dignity
- Provide necessary medical equipment and supplies as agreed
- Follow the prescribed care plan and treatment protocols
- Pay fees as per agreed terms and schedule
- Inform us immediately of any changes in the patient's condition
- Maintain confidentiality of our staff's personal information
Limitations & Disclaimers
Important Notices
- Our nurses work under the supervision and prescription of qualified doctors
- We do not provide diagnostic services or medical prescriptions
- Emergency medical situations require immediate hospitalization - we provide supportive care only
- We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from patient non-compliance
- Service quality depends on accurate information provided by patients/families
- We reserve the right to discontinue services if patient/family behavior is abusive or threatening
- Force majeure events may affect service delivery without liability
Payment Terms
- Fees are charged based on service type, duration, and nurse qualifications
- Payment must be made as per agreed schedule (advance, daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards
- Invoices will be provided for all services rendered
- Late payment may result in service suspension
- Cancellation charges apply as per cancellation policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval

Liability & Insurance
All our nurses are professionally trained, certified, and covered under professional indemnity insurance. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services.
While we take every precaution to ensure quality care, we are not liable for:
- •Medical outcomes beyond the scope of nursing care
- •Pre-existing medical conditions or their progression
- •Damages resulting from patient/family non-compliance
- •Acts of third parties or circumstances beyond our control
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information as per applicable laws and professional ethics. All our staff members sign non-disclosure agreements. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For significant changes, we will notify active clients via email or phone.
